Singe Cell RNA-Seq

The single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) course is designed to help understand the principals and theory behind the pipelines available for data analysis. The course will cover facts to consider during sample preparation, alignment using CellRanger or STAR aligner and downstream analysis using R programing language. Aim of this workshop is to give you the background to become independent in conducting your scRNA-seq analysis.
